1.1 This equipment coiled with two sheets of metal to form two uniform spiral flow passages, both fluids flow in opposite directions. It provides extreme efficient heat transfer, even for two kinds of fluid with little temperature range, it can reach the ideal heat exchanging effect.
1.2 The nozzles of the shell adopt tangential connection type, with small local resistance loss. Because of the uniform curved rate of spiral channel, fluids flow without sudden changing, so flow rate can be much higher in order to improve the heat transfer capacity.

1.3 Model I undetachable SHE is adopted welding sealing for its spiral channel, so sealing performance is better.
1.4 Model II detachable SHE has similar construction with undetachable SHE, but one of channels can be opened and cleaned, and especially adapts for heat transfer of viscous and/or precipitable fluids.

1.5 Model III detachable SHE has similar construction with undetachable SHE, but two channels can be opened and cleaned, can be applied to many fields.  
1.6 According to nominal pressure, SHE can be divided into PN0.6, 1.0, 1.6 AND 2.5 Mpa (the maximal working pressure for single channel). According to material, it can be divided to carbon steel and stainless steel.
1.7 If one unit can ' t meet application requirement, it can work in combination with multi - units, but it shall meet the below requirements, Parallel/Series Type Combination, same channel spacing; Hybrid Combination: One channel is connected by parallel type and another one is connected by series type.
